SULM8 "Winter Solemate" Campaign: Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The campaign is open to residents of South Africa only.

  • Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of purchase.

  • Purchases must be made exclusively through the official SULM8 website (www.sulm8.co.za).

2. Campaign Period

  • Starting from 1 May 2026 - 30 June 2026

  • SULM8 reserves the right to pause or terminate the campaign at any time with 48 hours' notice on social media.

3. How to Enter

To successfully enter the draw, you must complete the following two steps:

  1. The Purchase: Purchase any pair of SULM8 Boots or Vellies, and apply the promo code SOLEMATE8 at checkout. Note: This code also grants you a 5% discount.

  2. The Social Share: Once you receive your boots or vellies, post a photo or video of you wearing them on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

    • Tag: Tag the official @SULM8 accounts.

    • The Gift Intent: Mention in the caption if the "win" is for yourself or tag the person you would like to gift the free pair to.

    • Privacy: Your social media profile must be set to Public for the duration of the campaign so that we can verify your entry.

4. The Prize

  • Winners will receive one (1) pair of SULM8 Boots (subject to stock availability).

  • The prize includes Free Standard Shipping to any valid address within South Africa.

  • The prize is not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other product.

5. Winner Selection

  • One winner will be selected on 31 May 2025 and 30 June 2026 via a random draw of all valid orders that utilized the SOLEMATE8 code.

  • Winners will be verified against their social media activity to ensure all steps were completed.

  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided during their purchase and announced on our official social media pages.

6. Content Usage

  • By tagging SULM8 in your post, you grant SULM8 the right to use your images/videos for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels.

7. General

  • SULM8 reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed fraudulent or does not comply with these terms.

  • Any returns or refunds on the original purchase will result in the immediate disqualification of that entry from the draw.
