• Production time is typically 2-3 weeks from order confirmation
• Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective
• We reserve the right to refuse custom orders that violate our policies

Your order is an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

• All prices are in ZAR (South African Rand) unless otherwise specified
• Customization adds R250 to the order total
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order
• VAT is included in all prices (VAT No: 4640307593)
• Additional duties and fees may apply for international orders

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of order
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT, and PayFast payments
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and charges
• Failed payments may result in order cancellation
